At RefineMed Aesthetics Ltd, we are committed to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality treatments. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness while also recognising the nature of aesthetic services. Please read the following carefully before booking a treatment.

💳 Payments & Deposits

All treatments must be paid in full on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain services or packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period or failure to attend without notice may result in the loss of your deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

Appointments rescheduled within the 48-hour window may be subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

🚫 No Refunds for Completed Treatments

Due to the clinical nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds for treatments that have been completed, where the service has been provided as agreed. Aesthetic results vary between individuals and are influenced by lifestyle, age, skin type, and other factors — and as such, results cannot be guaranteed.

We aim for client satisfaction and encourage open communication. If you have concerns following treatment, please contact us promptly so we can support you with advice or review.

Refunds for Prepaid Packages

Refunds are not offered on prepaid treatment packages once any session in the package has been used. However, under special circumstances and at our discretion, unused sessions may be transferred to a different treatment of equal value or to another individual.

📸 Treatment Dissatisfaction

If you're unhappy with your results, we invite you to return for a review. In some cases, additional treatments or adjustments may be offered at a reduced cost, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do everything within reason to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

Product Returns

Skincare and retail items purchased at the clinic or online are non-refundable once opened, due to hygiene and safety regulations. Unopened products in original condition may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days with a valid receipt.

📬 How to Raise a Concern

To raise a concern about your experience, please email us at info@refinemedaesthetics.co.uk within 7 days of your appointment or purchase. Include your full name, appointment date, and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 3 business days and handle all matters confidentially and professionally.

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
