Welcome to RefineMed Aesthetics Ltd. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or browsing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this information carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which we operate.
🏥 About RefineMed Aesthetics Ltd
RefineMed Aesthetics Ltd is a UK-registered medical aesthetics clinic, offering non-surgical cosmetic procedures including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced skincare treatments. All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with UK health and safety regulations.
📅 Appointments & Consultations
All clients must undergo a consultation prior to receiving treatment. Consultations allow us to assess your suitability, discuss any concerns, and ensure informed consent is obtained.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation from us. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will aim to notify you as early as possible and offer alternative dates.
💸 Payments & Pricing
All treatments must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are limited to specific time periods and cannot be combined unless stated.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options. RefineMed Aesthetics does not store card details directly; payments are handled through compliant third-party providers.
⏳ Cancellations & Refunds
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, and any deposits made will be non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments where the service has been delivered as agreed. However, if you are dissatisfied with your results or experience adverse effects, we encourage you to get in touch so we can investigate and support you appropriately.
Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request, subject to clinic approval.
🧑⚕️ Medical Suitability & Consent
All treatments are subject to medical suitability and practitioner discretion. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not in the client’s best interest or if there are health concerns that pose a risk.
You will be required to complete a medical history form and sign a consent form before any treatment can be carried out. It is your responsibility to provide full and accurate information, including any changes to your health, medications, or recent procedures.
📸 Before & After Photography
As part of your treatment at Refinedmed Aesthetics, clinical photographs will be taken before and after your procedure to accurately document your progress and results. These images form part of your confidential medical record.
Photographs will only be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes (such as social media, website, or print materials) with your separate, written consent. You have the right to decline or withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the quality of your care.
📃 Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions and use only medically approved products and techniques, all treatments carry inherent risks. By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge these risks and accept that results may vary between individuals.
RefineMed Aesthetics Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from treatments where correct procedures were followed and full disclosure was given.
We also cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party services (e.g., payment providers, courier services).

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Your information is used to provide safe and personalised services, manage bookings, and comply with our legal obligations. We never share your data without your consent, except where legally required.

We expect all clients to treat our staff and premises with respect. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or access to our services in the event of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
